HOB: Defrost thoroughly. Empty contents into a pan and bring to a gentle simmer. Check soup is piping hot throughout before serving.
MICROWAVE: Defrost thoroughly. Remove lid and place loosely back on top of the pot. Cook on full power for 2 minutes. Stir and cook again at full power for 2 minutes. Stir and check soup is piping hot before serving.
